At RoastMark, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We offer delivery across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates through our third-party delivery partner.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout the UAE, including:

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

2. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are prepared and handed over to our trusted third-party shipping partner for delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order processing, and the shipping company's schedule.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be communicated to customers before their orders are confirmed.

4. Payment Method – Cash on Delivery (COD)

RoastMark offers Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout the UAE.

Customers can pay for their orders upon delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and complete the payment.

5. Order Confirmation

Customers may be contacted to confirm their order details before shipment.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and a valid UAE mobile number to ensure successful delivery.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to complete a delivery due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or an unreachable phone number, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a new delivery attempt is required. Any such charges will be communicated before redelivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact RoastMark as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs of the product and its packaging to help us review and resolve the issue.
